Important Information Regarding Lamp Repairs

  • Customers are responsible for covering postage fees when sending the lamp for inspection or repairs.

  • Please be aware that we do not provide a temporary or backup lamp while yours is undergoing repairs.

  • The repair process typically takes 1-2 weeks.

  • Avoid using the lamp while it is charging, as this can negatively impact the battery life.

  • Use only the provided charger for the lamp. Using a different charger with varying voltage may cause damage to the lamp.

  • Note that damages resulting from the use of a non-approved charger are not covered under warranty.

Processing Time - Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your order, during busy times this may be longer.

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Next Working Day & Saturday delivery cut off time is 9am, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 9am will be processed on the next working day.

Free delivery* orders could take between 2-5 working days for goods arrive.

Standard delivery usually take 2-5 working days to arrive. Sometimes there may be delays and it could take up to 15 working days to arrive.

Please note that we do not deliver orders to PO Box addresses or Parcel Motels.
